My
Approach

My passion for occupational therapy stems from a deep belief in the power of meaningful occupations—the everyday activities that shape our lives. When we engage in what we love, we cultivate wellness from within and learn to thrive.

I believe that recovery flourishes within a strong therapeutic relationship. Small, conscious changes—when supported with accountability—can create profound transformations.

My approach is rooted in sensory modulation, recognizing that heightened awareness of our sensory needs enhances self-regulation and allows us to navigate both our internal and external worlds with greater confidence and integrity.

Every day, I strive to support individuals in honoring their culture, personal values, and unique strengths—helping them live with intention, resilience, and authenticity.
